Tripoli - Mrs. Elida Waterman, 88, and a member of our community, died on July 
2 1971. Funeral Services held on Sunday, Aug 1 at the Faith Un.ited Church of 
Christ officiated by Rev. Keith Selberg.  Rettig Funeral Home was in charge of 
arrnangements.

She was born on June 10, 1883, the daughter of William and Louise Williams 
Ernst. She was preceeded in death by her parents and her husband, Calvin.

Surviving are: three sons, Leo of Waterloo, Lloyd of Knoxville,and Everett of 
rural Waverly; five daughters, Mrs. Paul Rettig of Tripoli, Louise Waterman of 
Chicago, Ill, Mrs. Everett Williams of rural Waverly, Mrs. Melvin Guynn of 
Cedar Falls, and Mrs. Marvin Olson of Minneapolis, Minn.
