It is three and one-half miles north of the town of Dumont. The cemetery was first plotted on the farm of a family named Needham. The farm is now owned by F. Griner. The cemetery is situated on the top of a knoll next to the stage coach track line from Bristow to Aredale. Many of the stones are lying flat on the ground and very few are standing.
