WILTON MAN DIES SUDDENLY 
I.L. Wright Drops Dead Monday Morning-Was Native of Cedar County 

Wilton, Iowa, Feb. 4-Isaac Lincoln Wright, a prominent business man of this 
city, dropped dead this morning at 8 o’clock at his home, heart trouble 
causing his death. Mr. Wright was up early this morning and took a walk to one 
of the neighboring farmers to purchase some milk for his breakfast before 
going to his place of business. After returning from his short trip he warmed 
himself up near a radiator. It was when completely warmed by the heat that he 
suddenly fell to the floor dead. 

Mr. Wright was born on a farm in Cedar County, Iowa, north of Wilton, fifty-
three years ago. For a few years he made his home at Kellogg, Iowa. Fifteen 
years ago he returned to this city and since then has been engaged in the 
clothing business. He was prominent in the fraternal circles and was a member 
of the Masonic and K. of P. lodges. 

The deceased has two sons in the service of the United States Army, Charles 
L., a member of the Iowa engineers and Harold D. Wright of the hospital corps, 
both being stationed at Camp Cody, Deming, New Mexico. Others surviving 
besides his wife, Mrs. Emily Wright, are another son, Carl, at home, two 
brothers, Charles of Atalissa and David of Tipton, and two sisters, Mrs. 
Theodore Kistenmacher of Davenport and Mrs. Elizabeth Hall of Kansas.
