Norma Jean Howell, 90, of Mason City, Iowa, passed away peacefully on February 
28th, 2019 at her daughters home in Maryville, TN surrounded by family.

A memorial service for Norma Howell will be held on Saturday, March 16th at 2:00 
p.m. at the Seventh Day Adventist Church located at 815 North Kentucky Ave. in 
Mason City, Iowa.

Note: Norma Jean Spilman was the daughter of Thomas Spilman 1884-1967 and Winnie 
Fry Spilman 1899-1962. She was born on June 7, 1928 in Clear Lake, IA.  She was 
the second wife of Dewey Paul(Paul Dewey) Howell 1898-1984.  They raised two 
children; Lynn Jean Armstrong and Ronald Wayne Howell.  She lived most of her 
life in Mason City, IA but during her last few months went to stay with her 
daughter in Maryville, TN.  Her niece Lori Spilman Dollevoet
