Used by permission of acknowledgment of the Globe Gazette in all postings: Largest Boy Scout, Weighing 527 Pounds, Dies of Pneumonia DUBOIS , (AP) - Sixteen year old Iread Spray Levendusky, whose 527 pounds made him the "largest" Boy Scout in the United States, is dead, victim of pneumonia. Iread was a normal child weighing 7 pounds at birth but a glandular disturance pushed his weight to 35 pounds at the age of three weeks.
