Of the nine persons killed in the past week, six were weekend victims. Clayton Malloy, 27, Anthon, Iowa, grocer, was killed Saturday when his car struck a bridge railing and plunged down an embankment near his home. Four persons were killed Sunday in a collision between a taxicab and an Interstate bus near Mondamin, Iowa. The victims, all occupants of the taxicab, were: Floyd Fan [sic], 40, Omaha, Nebr., Mrs. Floyd Fann, 40, his wife; Raymond Fallmer, about 28, Mondamin bartender, and Mrs. Mattie Fallmer, about 60, also of Mondamin, his mother. David McVey, 28, clerical employe in the Iowa Emergency Relief administration office in Des Moines, was killed and Don Mason, 21, Pleasantville, Iowa, criticalley [sic] injured at 12:30 a.m. Sunday when the car, which McVey was driving left the road at a curve and plunged over an embankment.
