Funeral services will be held at the East Side Lutheran church Friday, at 2 p.m. in charge of the Rev. T. J. Severtson, and burial in Rose Hill cemetery Eagle Grove, by Kubitschek and Kastler. The pallbearers will be: Lloyd Larson, Kenneth Sandven, Harold Hovland, Gordon Gunderson, Ansle and Thomas Severtson. Surviving are the wife; three daughters and one son, Harry at home. The daughters are Mrs. Irene Olson, in South Dakota; Myrtle, a teacher in Marathon, and Lulu, at home. Four brothers in Eagle Grove are Ben, William, Andrew and Hiram; also surviving are two sisters in South Dakota. He was born in Haugesund, Norway. He served several terms in the city council, and was prominent in the East Side Lutheran church, and was Sunday school superintendent for a number of years.
