E. S. Block, dealer in clothing, hats, caps, and gent's furnishing goods,
trunks, valises, etc., etc., was born in Bohemia in 1848; came to America, and
engaged in the clothing business in New York City; from there he went to
Arkansas; thence to Nebraska City, and after traveling throughout the west, he,
in 1876, located in Cherokee, and engaged in business as above.
