O. C. Ford, wholesale and retail grocer, and dealer in queensware, established
business in 1876; was born in New York in 1841; came to Wisconsin in 1849, and
in 1871 removed to Cherokee; for a time engaged in the insurance business, and
was then employed as clerk in & hardware store, which he continued until he
engaged in his present business.
