She was 83 years of age. Mrs. Becker had been making her home with her daughter for the past year. Mrs. Becker was born November 27, 1868, in Hanover, Germany, and came to this country and to Clayton county in 1894. Funeral services were held yesterday, May 14, from St. John Lutheran church with burial in the Guttenberg city cemetery in charge of the Tuecke funeral home. Rev. E. W. Kraemer officiated at the services. Mrs. Becker is survived by two sons and one daughter, Henry Flentze of Fairmont, Minnesota, Elmer Flentze of Saginaw, Michigan and Mrs. Mike Yambura of Dubuque. Also surviving are three step-sons and two step-daughters, William, John and Albert Becker, and Mrs. Augusta Overbeck of Guttenberg, and Mrs. Elsie Reinecke of Florida. Twenty-one grandchildren and thirty-one great grandchildren also survive. She was preceded in death by a son and a daughter.
