The Mirror, May 23, 1854
The Mirror, Lyons, Clinton County, Iowa, May 23, 1854 

DIED 

At Rock Island, on board the Minnesota Belle, HENRY AYRES, of cholera. The 
decedent was a resident of Lyons. Some three or four weeks ago he started for 
St. Louis, and was returning, but was taken sick and died. The boat brought 
his corpse home.
