Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Law-Jones Funeral Home, Savanna. The Rev. Robert Bridges of Calvary Baptist Church, Savanna, will be officiating. Burial will be in the Savanna Township Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. He was born Aug. 17, 1924, to C.J. and Mae Kellums Bailey in Taskee, Mo. He married Wilma Juanita Secrease on March 23, 1946, in Pocahontas, Ark. He worked as a boiler engineer with the Savanna Army Depot for 33 years before retiring in 1980. Survivors include his wife; one daughter, Deborah Rathje of Monmouth, Iowa; two sisters, Ethel Joplin of House Springs, Mo., and Ines Hill of Savanna; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
