Susanne Overcash, 56, of Thomson, died Wednesday at Mercy North Hospital.

There will be a memorial service at 7 p.m. Sunday at York Baptist Church,
Thomson. The Rev. Michael Jones of York Baptist Church will be officiating.
Inurnment will be at a later date.

She was born Feb. 2, 1949, to Ellis and Bonnie Floyd Stone in Clinton. She
married Robert Overcash on Jan. 19, 1990, in Mount Carroll, Ill.

She graduated from Clinton (Ill.) High School in 1967.

She was a cook at the Watermelon Cafe, Thomson.

Survivors include her husband; stepmother, Hattie Stone of Clinton, Ill.; one
son, Jeffrey (Gina) Willis of Thomson; one daughter, Mrs. Angela (Dale) Appel of
Mount Carroll; two stepsons, Rob Overcash of Thomson and Randy (Hollie) Overcash
of Clinton; two stepdaughters, Dawn Lind of Fulton, Ill., and Denise (Rod)
Dailey of Cordova, Ill.; two sisters, Mrs. Barbara (Gene) Towns of Harvest,
Ala., and Mrs. Kathy (Marvin) Staton of Clinton, Ill.; five grandchildren; and
one brother, William (Debbie) Stone of Clinton, Ill.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family.
