Dicke. She died on Friday morning, August 13, 1982 at the Denison Care Center, Denison, Iowa at the age of 107. Julianne was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith by her father. In 1888, she moved to Sioux City to live with a sister for a time. Later she lived with sisters in Waterloo and at Hanover Township with the Pastor and Carl Runge family. Julieanne was united in marriage to Paul F. Fiene on August 12, 1904 in Town Washington, Wisconsin. Together they made their home in Charter Oak where Mr. Fiene was in the banking business. After Mr. Fiene’s death, Julieanne continued to make Charter Oak her home. Mrs. Fiene was a life long member of the Missouri Synod Lutheran Church. In addition to her husband and her parents, Julieanne was preceded in death by one son Paul Jr. in infancy and twelve brothers and sisters. Survivors include, two daughters, three grandchildren and three great- grandchildren. Also surviving are many beloved nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
