Elden Theodore Goslar was born on April 15, 1929 at Charter Oak, Iowa, the son 
of Otto D. and Clara Bolduan Goslar. He died Tuesday, August 8, 2000 at the 
Eventide Lutheran Home in Denison, Iowa 

On September 30, 1951, Elden was united in marriage to Marjorie Gosch at St. 
Paul's Lutheran Church in Ute, Iowa.

Elden was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Marjorie, and one 
brother, Wilfred. He is survived by one daughter and five sons, Susan Johnston 
and her husband, Norman of Denison, Byron Goslar and his wife, Jeanie of 
Denison, Dwight Goslar and his wife, Letha of Ute, Richard Goslar and his 
wife, Kathy of Charter Oak, Bernie Goslar of Ute and Gregg Goslar and his 
wife, Leslie of Ute; twelve grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter; four 
sisters, Helen Torgerson of Soldier, Edna Mae Schultz, Norma Wallace and her 
husband, James, all of Lake View and Geraldine Goslar of Enfield, New 
Hampshire; many nieces, nephews, relatives and multitude of friends.
