Paul Allen Kragel, Jr. was born July 29, 1933, the son of Paul and Lavern 
Holtorf Kragel. He died Tuesday, June 4, 2002, at the Mercy Hospital in Sioux 
City, Iowa.

Paul was born near Charter Oak, Iowa,  On January 19, 1958,he was united in 
marriage to Bernadine Ernst. 


Paul was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife, 
Bernadine; three sons, Randall and his wife, Leisha, Ryan and his wife, Rhonda 
and Neil and his wife, Kim, all of Schleswig; seven grandchildren; one sister, 
Marlene White and her husband, Wes of Lakewood, Colorado; three brothers, Gary 
Kragel and his wife, Dolly of Smithland, Larry Kragel of Charter Oak and Mark 
Kragel of Sioux City;  one uncle, Walter Holtorf and his wife, Maureen of 
Denison; other relatives and friends.
