PARKINSON Frank B. Parkinson was born in Crawford County, Iowa. September 15, 1876. He came to South Fork Township, Jackson County, when less than ten years of age where he grew to manhood. Frank was a peaceful young man of steady habits and many regret his untimely demise. He belonged to the Modern Woodman of America, the Elwood Lodge, the Camp attending in a body. Frank was suffering from an acute attack of appendicitus and took an overdose of medicine causing his accidental death. Mr. Parkinson's remains will be buried at the Godard Church Cemetery, where the funeral took place conducted by Rev. F. Ellis in the presence of a large company of people.
