Mildred A. Sharp       Contributor date:  1982

	 Mildred A. Sharp, 89, of Ute died Monday in a hospital in Denison.
	
	Mrs. Sharp, the former Mildred Butterworth, was born July 28, 1893, at 
Dow City.  
	She married Dr. Floyd Sharp June 7, 1919, at Dow City.   He died Jan. 
1, 1976.
	
	Survivors include one daughter, of Greeley, Colo.; two sons, one of 
Ute and  of Coralville, IA; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
