	 Gerald M. Warner, 51, of Ute died Friday, Jan. 10, 1997, at an Omaha, 
NE hospital.
	
	Mr. Warner was born May 24, 1945, in Liberal, Kan., the son of Delbert 
and Lucile (Mitchell) Warner.   He married Beverly Anderson on April 4, 1970, 
in Charter Oak.
	Survivors include his wife; two sons, John and his wife Charlei of 
Nacogdoches, Texas and Mark of Ute; two grandson; his mother of Moville, Iowa; 
two sisters, Kathleen Warner of Peoria, Ill., and Mary Warner of Moville; and 
a brother and his wife, Mike and Peggy of Cedaredge, Colo.
	He was preceded in death by his father.
