STATE OF IOWA,
               SS.
DALLAS COUNTY.

         I, Ida B. Garouette, being first duly sworn, do upon my oath say, that
I am a sister of Mrs. T. J. Caldwell, formerly Miss N. Ella Garouette, that I
was present on the 10th day of March, 1891, in Tampa in the State of Florida,
and witnessed at the said time and place the marriage ceremony uniting in
marriage my said sister and Mr. T. J. Caldwell, that the Rev. B. C. Hughes was
the officiating minister at said marriage and that there were present at said
marriage besides said contracting parties and said minister Mrs. Charles
Hamilton, myself and Mary Garouette, mother of myself and said sister, who
witnessed the said marriage ceremony and that on said day at said place the said
N. Ella Garouette and T. J. Caldwell were united in marriage.
