Last Will and Testament}
of Sarah McLean Dec'd  }
                      I Sarah McLean of the County of
Dallas State of Iowa being of sound mind do make publish
and declare this my last will and testament in manner
following, that is to say-
    First- I give and bequeath to my husband Patrick
C. McLean all my property bot real and personal wherever
situated, and I hereby nominate my husband Patrick C. McLean
Executor of this my last will and testament and request the
court to appoint the same.
                In witness whereof I have hereunto set my
                hand this 5th day of September, 1882
                               Sarah McLean

The above instrument consisting of one sheet was at the date
thereof, signed and declared by the said Sarah McLean as and
for her last will and testament in presence of us and each
of us who at her request and in her presence have subscribed
our names as witnesses thereto:
  H. H. Cordell residing at Perry, Dallas Co. Iowa

Dallas County }
               I M. J. Swelley? clerk of the circuit court of
the state of Iowa in and for Dallas Co. do hereby certify
that the foregoing last will and testament of Sarah McLean was
duly proven and admitted to probate this 28th day of August
1883 the same being at a regular term of said court.
                        In witness whereof I have hereunto 
                        subscribed my name and affixed the
                        seal of said court this 29th day  of
