OBITUARY, Des Moines, IA, 15 Jan 1962:
C. FRANK HINTON SERVICES TODAY

Services for C. Frank Hinton, 58, of Perrysburg, Ohio, will be at 3 p. m.
today at Westover Funeral Home here, with burial at Masonic Cemetery. Mr.
Hinton died Saturday at Mercy Hospital, Toledo, Ohio. He had been ill
since Dec. 5. Cause of death was multiple pulmonary emboli.

Mr. Hinton was born in Des Moines, but left here about 1920. For 17 years
he had been construction superintendent for Kaighin and Hughes, Inc., of
Toledo.

Survivors include his wife, Helen, one son, Charles, jr., of Waterloo; a
stepson, Harley A. Beem, Riverside, Cal.; a sister, Vivian M. Hinton, Des
Moines; a brother, Verne W. Hinton Des Moines, and three step-grandchildren.
