The Hannibal Journal, Thursday, July 19, 1849
MARRIED
On board the steam boat Herald, at the Hannibal wharf, on the 14th inst., by 
John Richmond Esq., of this city, Jacob Williams to Louisa Hartman, both of 
Desmoine county, Ioway.

Additional Comments:
The Hannibal Journal was published at Hannibal, Marion County, Missouri.

"Of this city" refers to Hannibal.
