OTTER CREEK-

The Rev. E. W. Loosbrock and Rev. Alban Hickson, C. P., attended the 
installation of the Most Rev. Leo Binz, Co-adjutor Archbishop of the 
Archdiocese of Dubuque at St. Raphael's Cathedral, Dubuque on Tuesday morning. 
They also attended the banquet at Loras College during the afternoon.
