It includes the mineral lands adjacent of James Levi and George W. Starr, as well as the interest of General Jones. It is the intention of the parties purchasing, if the sale is perfected, to prosecute the pricing with energy and activity; they have a large amount of capital and will bring in enough to make a success of all they undertake. It is certainly one of the most important things for Dubuque that has transpired for some time. The value of the property transferred is from $80,000 to $100,000. B. C. Saeltzer of Fort Dodge in connection with New York men, is the purchasing party.
