Dows Advocate, Sept. 6, 1990
Marcella died ar Mercy Hospital in Des Moines of an apparent heart attack. She 
was born 5/22/1925 on the family farm in Franklin County to Theodore & Lillie 
Riis Korth. She married Forrest A. Denger at Alden 5/28/1944. They farmed 
south of Dows until moving to their present home in 1981. Her husband died 
6/5/1984. Survivors include 2 daughters, Mrs. James (Jean) Ritter of Dows and 
Mrs. Anthony (Marjorie) Johnson of Bondurant; 2 granddaughters and 2 sisters, 
Irene Watt of Milford & Bernadine Korth of Dows.
Burial was in Fairview Cemetery in Dows.
