 Mrs. Korth passed away at the Belmond Community Hospital. She was the 
daughter of Neis & Marie Jasperson Riis. She was born 6/1/1888 at Dows, IA.
She married Theodore Korth 2/28/1912 at Hampton, IA.
Survivors include 4 daughters and 1 son; Linnae, Mrs. Milton Ostergaard of 
Coulter, Irene, Mrs. Robert Watt of Dows, Marcelle, Mrs. Forest Denger of 
Dows, Bernadine Korth of Dows & Theodore Korth of Dows. Also surviving are 9 
grandchildren & 1 great grandson along with 3 sisters and 2 brothers; Minnie, 
Mrs. Chris Johansen of Latimer, Marie, Mrs. Claude Mossman of Marshalltown, 
Mrs. Carrie Johansen of Coulter, Harold Riis of Dows and Herman Riis of Coon 
Rapids.
Burial was in Morgan Cemetery east of Dows.
