 Mr. Lemke was the son of Martin & Mary Lemke. He was born 12/9/1870 in Fond 
du Lac, WI. He was about 3 when his parents moved to Morgan township, where he 
lived until he retired and moved to Dows. He married Mathilda Korth 2/23/1893 
at the Marion Center church.
Burial was in the Morgan Cemetery, east of Dows.
