	Clarence Elmer Bergstrom, 74, of Soldier, Iowa and formerly of Onawa, 
Iowa, died Monday, January 13, 1992,in Missouri Valley, Iowa.
	He was born August 20, 1917, southeast of Onawa, the son of Henry E. 
and Nellie (Abrahamson) Bergstrom.   He married Mildred I. Ellis March 20, 
1936, in Elk Point, SD.  Mrs. Bergstrom died November 5, 1981, in Sioux City.  
	
	Survivors include three daughters and their husbands, Karen and Neal 
Hanson of Boyden, Iowa, Elaine and Bennet Fulfs of Missouri Valley and Cynthia 
and Terry Crosgrove of Canadian, TX, five granddaughters, Jennifer and Heather 
Fulfs, and Emily and Marit Hanson and Amanda Crosgrove, a sister, Mrs. Edith 
Whitehorn of DeSoto, Iowa, and a brother, Wallace Bergstrom of Onawa.
	He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and a brother, Fred.
