	Phillip D. Guyett, 69, died January 21, 1998  in Missouri Valley, IA.
	He was born on February 23, 1928 in Woodbine, IA, to parents Lloyd B. 
and Lois (Johns) Guyett.   In March of 1952, Phillip married Reta Delance.  
	Phillip was preceded in death by his parents, his step-mother, Fern, 
his son Rusty, four brothers, Max Kenneth, Bernard and Dick and a step-
brother, Keith Travis.  Survivors include his son, Dennis Guyett of Salt Lake 
City, UT; three brothers, Larry Guyett and his wife Barbara of Woodbine, Jack 
Guyett and his wife Diane of Omaha and Francis Guyett of Omaha; two sisters, 
Dorothy and her husband Bob Hohrman of Manilla and Helen Larby Guyett of San 
Diego, CA; one step-brother, Bill Travis and his wife, Betty of Cedar Rapids 
and many other relatives and friends.
