	Florence Antonette Heise, age 86, of Rapid City, SD died Friday, March 
18, 1994 at the Wesleyan Health Care Facility in Rapid City.  Florence was 
born July 18, 1907 in Little Sioux, Iowa to Morton Carl and Petra (Jorgenson) 
Fredrickson.    She was married to Dr. Carl A. Heise, Jr.  
	Survivors include her daughters, Roberta Aasen of El Cerrito, CA, 
Carolyn Hilton of Rapid City, SD, Marlene Schroeder of Shipman, IL, Mary Bowen 
of Falls Church, VA, and eleven grandchildren.
	Florence was preceded in death by her husband, parents, two brothers, 
and infant son, Carl A. Heise, III.
