DEATH FOLLOWS OPERATION 

The death of Mrs. William MCCRARY took place at Omaha Sunday, November 29. She 
was taken to that city for an operation, which was performed Friday at 2 p.m. 

The remains were brought here Sunday evening, and the funeral occurred from 
the Latter Day Saint Church of Grove Township at 2 p.m. Tuesday, conducted by 
Elder James SEEDAN. It was largely attended by friends and neighbors. 

Mary Ann McCORD was born in Shelby County, Iowa, January 22, 1883. May 14, 
1902 she was united in marriage to William McCRARY, who survives her as do 
three children, Opal, Ina and Leo. She also leaves to mourn her departure her 
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Luther McCORD, and brothers and sisters as follows: Jess 
McCORD, Mrs. Sybil JONES, George McCORD, Ervin McCORD, Mrs. Pansy HEAD and 
Melvin McCORD.
