	Otis A. McElwain, 81, Fremont, Neb. Died Tuesday morning, June 17, 
1986 at the Skilled Care Center of Memorial Hospital of Dodge County.  
	Mr. McElwain was born May 21, 1905, in Dunlap, Iowa. He moved to 
Fremont, Neb. In November 1942.  
	
	He married Helen Anderson September 26, 1933, in South Sioux City.  
She died April 23, 1980.
	Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Darrel (Coleen) Seng of Lincoln; 
one sister, Erna Gray of Onawa, Iowa; and three grandchildren.
