	Ellen Margaret Savery, 87, of Moorhead, Iowa, died Friday, June 19, 
1998, at Burgess Memorial Hospital in Onawa, Iowa.
	Ellen was born August 3, 1910, in Pisgah, Iowa, the daughter of James 
T. and Jessie P. (Nuzum) McHugh.  On February 13, 1935, she married Floyd E. 
Savery in Woodbine, Iowa.   Mr. Savery died August 24, 1990.  
	
	Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Shirley and Virgil 
Olson of Moorhead; two grandchildren; one brother and his wife, Willis and 
Alice McHugh of Orleans, IN; and one sister, Darlene Thoreson of Moorhead.
	She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two brothers, 
Sam McHugh and Arthur McHugh; and one sister, Marie Savery.
