  State of Iowa, Henry County, ss.
In the District Court, Feb Term, 1900
 To Whom It May Concern
Notice is hereby given that an instrument in writing purporting
to be the last Will and Testament of Mosier Ames, late of
said County, deceased, was brought into the office of the
Clerk of the District Court and publicly read as such last
Will and |Testament. And the same being filed, the Clerk fixed
10 o'clock a.m. of the 13th day of February 1900, such being 
the 2nd day of the regular February Term 1900, thereof as
the time for hearing of proof before said Court of the 
genuineness of such Will.
    Given under my hand and the seal of said Court this
10th day of January, A. D. 1900

                    Clerk of Said Court
