Murl Brown								1999

	BATTLE CREEK, Iowa – Murl Brown, 89, of Battle Creek died Wednesday, 
Jan. 27, 1999, in Ida Grove, Iowa.
	
	Mr. Brown was born Oct. 6, 1909, near Emmett, Neb., the son of Matt 
and Nellie (Manson) Brown.  
	He married Lenora Lehmann on April 25, 1935, in Merrill, IA.
	Survivors include his wife; a son and his wife of Battle Creek; three 
grandsons; five great-grandchildren; two brothers and their wives; and a 
sister and her husband of Spirit Lake, Iowa.
	He was preceded in death by an infant son, Daryl; and an infant 
daughter, Carol.
