DOYLE- Frank C. Doyle, Democratic candidate for State Representative from Jackson County, is a descendant of one of the pioneer families of Union Township. He was born on a farm near Sabula, where his father, the late H. V. Doyle, lived for 65 years. He was educated in Jackson County schools and followed the occupation of farming until a few years ago. In 1940 and 1941 he was a county A. A. A. supervisor and served for several years as chairman of the Union Township Red Cross. At the present he is serving as auxiliary military police under the jurisdiction of the Green River Ordinance plant, Dixon, Illinois, his work being that of guarding waterways and the railroad bridge at Sabula. Mr. Doyle is 43 years old and this is his first appearance as a candidate for public office. He is well versed on farm problems and is especially interested in Iowa of a school cost equalization fund so that homes and real estate may be relieved of some of the heavy burden brought about largely by school costs. Such a fund has been recommended by the state school code commission and their action has the endorsement of Mr. Doyle.
