J. W. ELLIS-

J. W. Ellis, the Hawkeye Insurance man, adjusted a fire loss for George 
Dahling on the 27th day of December, 1890, and paid Mr. Dahling the full 
amount claimed on the 3rd day of January, just one week later. Mr. Dahling 
thinks there is no company so prompt as the Hawkeye Insurance. Mr. Ellis will 
have his office with Hurst Brothers after next week and will be prepared to 
give the best insurance at the lowest rates.
