Theodore Martin, Bellevue's big cattle man and auctioneer, was in the city 
Saturday, and as he has purchased the old Krabbenhoft farm of 464 acres, 
adjoining the town of Green Island, he is advertising his home farm between 
Cottonville and Bellevue, for sale. He has one of the best improved farms in 
this county and the fellow who buys it will not be sorry of his bargain. 
Martin is a hustler at anything he attempts and he has put his farm in shape 
during the many years past so that it is as high in productive qualities as it 
ever will be.
