Dr. E. A. Phillips Retires

Today will end the career of Dr. E. A. Phillips in Mechanicsville, and he and 
his family will remove to Maquoketa where the parents of both Dr. and Mrs. 
Phillips reside. “Doc,” as he was always called, has a splendid practice in 
Mechanicsville and probably had more friends in a social and professional 
sense than any man in town. When it comes to teeth he knows all about the
