Father William A. Kunkel will be installed as pastor of Sacred Heart Catholic Church here Sunday evening at a service at the church at 8:00 p.m. Dean Joseph Linkenmeyer, of Bellevue, probably will be the installing officer. Clergymen from churches throughout the Dubuque Diocese are expected to attend. Father Kunkel began his pastorate here Oct. 8, succeeding Father A. J. Mullen, who died August 19. He came here from Norway, Iowa, west of Cedar Rapids, where he had been pastor for 13 years. Prior to that time he had been at Raymond, Iowa, and also at one time at South Garryowen.
