He bequeathes his homestead and furniture and one-third of all his property, real and personal, to his wife, Julia A. Doe, with the request that at her death she devise it to her son Gilman Doe and grandson, Walter Doe. The remaining two-thirds of the estate the testator wills to his son Gilman Doe and his grandson Walter Doe, share and share alike, and they are appointed his executors, without bond. The estate is estimated to be worth upward of $100,000.
