Probate Number 1684 George Niles Watson, Plaintiff Vs Julia Richardson, et al, Defendants JUDGMENT Now on this 15th day of January A. D. 1902, it being the regular January Term of this Court, this cause came on to be heard on motion of the defendants for judgment in said cause in accordance with the decision of the Supreme Court of the State of Iowa, said plaintiff George Niles Watson appeared by Murray & Farr and G. L. Johnson, his attorneys and the defendants by W. C. Gregory, L. A. Ellis, Joe R. Lane and F. D. Kelsey their attorneys; and it appearing to the Court from an inspection of the record that the decision and judgment of the District Court of the State of Iowa in and for Jackson County, Iowa rendered in the above entitled cause at the June term thereof A. D. 1897, sustaining the demurrer of the said George Niles Watson plaintiff to the answer of the defendants herein setting up the plea of former adjudication had been appealed from by said defendants to the Supreme Court of the State of Iowa and had been reversed by said Court, and that said Court had held and determined that the question of heirship of said plaintiff and his right to the estate of said Mott Watson, deceased was fully tried and determined in the certain suit in the District Court of the State of Iowa, wherein Leslie C. Watson was plaintiff and Julia Richardson, Jesse B. Watson and wife, Orla Watson and wife, Lucia Bird, John Bird, George B. Watson and wife, Julia L. Childs, Austin Watson and wife, Day Otis Watson and wife, George R. Watson and wife, Ida A. Hudson, Joseph Hudson, Cora May Rogers and husband and Alice Watson were defendants and wherein George D. Niles, made a defendant therein, filed a cross petition, calling himself George Niles Watson, alleging that he was the illegitimate son and only heir at law of Mott Watson, deceased, and entitled to all the estate of said decedent and wherein it was held adjudged and decreed by said Court that said George D. Niles, calling himself George Niles Watson was not an heir of Mott Watson, deceased and not entitled to any part of his estate but that the defendants are the sole and only heirs at law of Mott Watson, deceased; from which said judgment and decree the said George D. Niles, calling himself George Niles Watson appealed to the Supreme Court of the State of Iowa and said Court affirmed said judgment and decree. And this coming on for further proceedings herein and it appearing to the Court that judgment should be entered herein in accordance with the decision of the Supreme Court, it is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that the plaintiff calling himself George Niles Watson is not an heir of Mott Watson deceased and he is not entitled to the personal estate of said decedent or any part thereof and that he has no claim thereon or interest therein, either in personal or real estate. It is further adjudged and decreed by the Court that the defendants Leslie C. Watson, Julia Richardson, Jesse B. Watson, Orla Watson Lucia Bird, George B. Watson, Kate M. Kent, Edgar Watson, Eugene Watson, Julia L. Childs, Austin Watson, Day Otis Watson, George R. Watson, Ida A. Hudson, Cora Mae Rogers and Alice Watson are the sole and only heirs at law of Mott Watson deceased and are entitled to all of the personal estate of said decedent as well as all of the real estate of which he died seized and that the petition of the plaintiff be and the same is hereby dismissed and the defendants have and recover of and from the plaintiff their costs herein and that a general execution issue therefore.
