Change of Venue in Wrongful Death Case

Upon application of the plaintiff in the case of Mrs. Bradley against Jackson 
County for damages for the death of her husband by the collapse of the Bear 
Creek bridge, a change of venue was granted to Clinton County, where court 
sets in September. D. A. Wynkoop is attorney for Mrs. Bradley and L. A. Ellis 
and Frank Kelsey are attorneys for Jackson County.
