The concrete crest of the dam to be at an elevation of 70.05 feet above Maquoketa City datum as established by Ordinance No. 238 recorded in Book 2, Pages 95 to 101 inclusive, of the Ordinance Records of the City of Maquoketa, Iowa.” Signed and acknowledged the 19th of May A.
