Jackson Sentinel, March 25, 1919 

Corp. Elsner To Russia 

Corporal Joseph N. Elsner, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Elsner, writes the 26th 
of February from Parthenay, France, that he was ready to start for Russia. 
Corp. Elsner is with the 5th Company, 14th Grand Division, Transportation 
Corps. 

Corp. Elsner's parents were hoping he would soon return home as the mother's 
health is very poor and she is anxious to see her boy.
