F. E. Thomas-

Attorney F. E. Thomas has received an appointment as Captain of the Infantry, 
United States Reserve Corps, from the War Department. During the recent 
emergency Mr. Thomas put in more than two years. He was discharged in the 
grade of First Lieutenant.
