Old Resident is Called by Death

At the advanced age of eighty years, Mark Current, for many years a resident 
of the Buckhorn vicinity, passed away at his home there Sunday afternoon about 
four o’clock.

Mr. Current was born in Canada, August 8, 1837, and came to Iowa and Jackson 
County in an early day, settling on the farm on which he died. The funeral 
will be held from the home at one o’clock from the Buckhorn church at 2 
o’clock. Interment will be made in the Buckhorn cemetery.
