McLean, Mr. Thomas Early, aged 84 years. The deceased was born in the county of Lough, Ireland, in the year 1804. He emigrated in 1855 to the United States, temporarily locating at New Orleans, where he resided for five months and then locating at Dubuque, afterwards on his farm in Prairie Creek, where he resided until a year ago, when he came lo Cascade to reside with his daughter Mrs. Wm. McLean. He was a very genial man and highly respected. There survive him his aged wife, Mary, and daughters, Mrs. Wm McLean, Mrs. Daniel Lavery of Dubuque and Mrs. George Long of Washington Mills. The funeral took place on Sunday morning at St. Martin's church, after which the remains were escorted to Garry Owen for burial.
