Roy Huntoon, Former Bellevuean, Is Dead

Word has just reached Bellevue of the death of Roy Huntoon, descendant of a 
pioneer resident of this community. His death occurred in April, presumably at 
Alhambra, California, where he made his home in recent years.

He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. David H. Huntoon who lived in Bellevue 
some time ago. His mother was Miss Polders of Cottonville before her marriage.

Mr. Huntoon married in Bellevue, his wife being the former Miss Martha 
Schiltz, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Matt Schiltz, local grocers for 
many years and was well known. He conducted a piano store here for several 
years and was well known.

He is survived by his wife and several sons and by three sisters, Mrs. Phoebe 
Hyatt of Santa Ana, California, Mrs. Mae Church of Fullerton, California, and 
Mrs. Ruth Davies of Detroit, Michigan
